Discussion and potential vote(s) pursuant to School Committee Policy BGB (Policy Adoption), to address

proposed amendments to School Committee Policies BDE (Subcommittees of the School Committee), BEDC

(Quorum) and DHA (Contracts/Signing Authority), along with any other School Committee Policy changes

necessitated thereby, which proposed amendments would modify subcommittee quorum requirements,

limits on subcommittee membership, and the composition of the Bid Review Subcommittee, among other

related or associated revisions.
