·         Vote to Transfer $96,000 of FY27 Net School Spending Budget Request to Non Net School Spending Budget Request for Lease of Foster Street as Discussed at Finance Review Subcommittee Meeting, May 14, 2026

·         Discussion and Potential Votes regarding the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro South’s proposed access and utility easement(s) at the Keith Field Property, 128 West Elm Street, Brockton, MA 02301, including without limitation votes under M.G. c. 40,§ 15A, and those relating to the proposed easement(s) and associated proposed special act.
