“Pursuant to School Committee Policy, each person requesting to speak shall be allotted a maximum of three (3) minutes.
Since this period is limited to 15 minutes, a total of five (5) people shall be permitted to speak on a first come, first serve basis.”

Pursuant to M.G.L. c 30A, s. 21(a)(3) “To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may
have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares” – BEA, Custodians, Bus Drivers.

Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(7) – “To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” – Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§ 22(f), (g) – for the purpose of reviewing, approving, and/or releasing executive session minutes.
