BPS Families Invited to Informational Session on Adult Guardianship and other Court Resources

"Understanding Guardianship & Court Resources"

The primary focus of this informational session will be to learn about  guardianship of adults, with also some time to briefly discuss the other court resources and supports that the courthouse can offer.

Join Us to Learn How Massachusetts Court Service Centers Can Help You With:

  • Guardianship of adults ("incapacitated persons") as well as 
    guardianship of minors & other types of cases on which assistance can be 
    provided (custody, child support, & more)
  • Understanding court procedures & processes
  • Navigating the court system & accessing court resources/supports
  • Assistance in completing & filing forms/paperwork (not legal advice)
  • Providing referrals to community & legal resources
  • Accessing their services in a variety of ways (in-person, telephone, & online support)

Interpreters will be provided. Light refreshments will be served
