The Little Red Schoolhouse Association is non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education in the city of Brockton. Founded in 1963 to save the former Forest Avenue Schoolhouse, the Association provides scholarships to Brockton students who are pursuing college degrees. The association also operates an educational history museum in the two-story schoolhouse on the grounds of Brockton High School.

Each year, the association hosts a Holiday Party for the community, in which children and their parents spend quality time together playing games, doing crafts and exploring replicas of a 1776 and Victorian classroom. In the springtime, the association hosts its highly acclaimed Citywide Spelling Bee, where every school in the city, whether public, private or parochial school, is invited to send its champion spellers in Grades 3-8 to compete for the top prize in each grade.

The Association raises funds through annual memberships, donations and through its sale of all occasion/holiday cards.
