Massachusetts Conflict of Interest Law course for municipal employees
All current state, county and municipal employees must complete online training on the state’s Conflict of Interest Law every two years. New public employees must complete the training within 30 days of hire and every two years thereafter.
All Brockton Public Schools employees are required to abide by the law and complete the Conflict of Interest program every two years. To do so, please click the link below, select the "Municipal Employee" Assessment button, complete the assessment and print out the completion certificate.
Employees should keep a copy of the certificate for themselves and provide a copy to the Human Resources Department at the Crosby Administration Building, 43 Crescent Street, Brockton, MA 02301.
