For your convenience, most functions can be completed online, however, if you'd like to make an in-person appointment, kindly call our office at 508.580.7950 and we will book an appointment for you. For your safety and ours, we require that face masks be worn and 6 feet of social distance be maintained.

We are conducting virtual registrations for all incoming PreK to 12 students.
Please begin the registration process by completing the form below:
Once your pre-registration form is complete, you will be placed in the queue for one of our registration specialists to contact you. Please be patient as we are trying to accommodate all families with this new remote registration process.
NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?
Please complete the online BPS CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM
You will be required to submit proof via email or text (photo ID, mortgage/lease statement or a recent utility bill).
NEED TO APPEAL YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL ASSIGNMENT?
To appeal your child's school assignment, please complete the APPEAL FORM.
You will be required to submit the parent's photo ID via email/text to confirm that you are authorized to make the request on the student's behalf.
The appeal process is available to a parent/guardian who has registered their child for school but has not received the school of their choice. A three-member appeal panel with school, parent and community representation will review such cases. The Appeals Board will consider only those requests which are deemed sufficiently compelling and which can be accommodated within available space and racial fairness guidelines. The decision of the Appeals Board is final.
