The Manthala George, Jr. Global Studies School is the only K-5 global studies school in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We offer dual language programs in French, Portuguese and Spanish. Students in our programs will have the opportunity to continue studying their chosen language in middle school.
BUILDING COMMUNITY
The George offers multicultural programs and events throughout the school year to reinforce what our students are learning in the classroom and to give families the opportunity to connect with our faculty.
BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
The George offers Smart Start Extended Day Program to support working families while providing enriching before- and after-school childcare.
We also encourage students to pursue a love of music through our band and choral programs. Students may also participate in a variety of intramural and after-school activities offered by the Community Schools Office.
