School Committee Policy

FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE - GCCC

The Brockton Public Schools shall comply with the mandatory provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. The Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee shall ensure compliance with this policy. Such procedures are delineated in the Procedures Manual of the Brockton Public Schools. The specific Act(s) are incorporated by reference herein.
