School Committee Policy

ADMISSION OF TRANSFER STUDENTS - JFABC

A student entering the Brockton Public Schools as a transfer from another school system shall present the following documentation:

1. Transfer card/document from the last school attended
2. Proof of residence subject to verification by the Chief Supervisor of Attendance
3. Birth certificate
4. Record of immunizations
5. Student records release form signed by the parent or guardian
